Delete your account.

From the app

1. Open Numerologist and go to Profile.
2. Open Account and sign in if needed.
3. Select Delete my account and read the confirmation before proceeding.

Before you delete

Export any purchased PDFs you want to keep. Deletion removes your active account, sessions and cloud reports, and downloaded account reports in the app. These reports will no longer be recoverable through the deleted account.

What remains separate

Your local daily profile, journal and reports generated without an account are separate and must be removed separately. Deleting a profile alone does not delete its journal or reports. Exported PDFs and external backups remain wherever you saved them. Provider backups may retain older records until their retention cycle ends. A minimal unlinked purchase marker remains to prevent transaction reuse.

Cannot access the app?

Email felix@felixamadeus.com from your account email address to request deletion. We may ask you to verify ownership, but will never ask for your password.

Refunds

Deleting your account does not submit a refund request to Apple. For payment questions, see Terms & purchases.
